I am creating a culinary journal for myself and future generations. I am including good health foods. Also being included are foods for celebrations only (time to splurge on your calories, within reason). As well as, foods when your in a time crunch that aren’t horrible for you when eating in the right portions. It will include stuff like kitchen hacks. Example: Your at the bottom of a jar and you want to get the food out without getting your hands smelling like pickled juices, use chopsticks.
