My day in food.

Morning: Rice Krispies

Lunch: Sausage and peppers (with 2 ounces of speghetti)

Snack: Starbuck Vanilla latte; tall

Dinner: Cobb salad with spicy honey mustard (been craving it all day)

After dinner/dessert: Subway double chocolate chip cookie and Fat Tire beer.

With Apples, carrots, broccolli, banana, oranges and corn when I wanted something to munch on.

All within the diet.
